RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At DISFRUX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Window We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Items Returns are accepted only for:

  • Items that arrived defective or damaged
  • Items that were incorrect (wrong product sent)

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at disfruxc@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos or video of the issue
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days

  4. Refund Options Once approved, we offer:

    • Full refund to your original payment method, OR
    • Store credit (processed within 5-7 business days)

    • Items returned after 15 days
    • Items without proof of defect
